REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. If you feel there was a problem with the service you received, please contact us at 323 389 8060.  A customer service representative will be happy to get the issue resolved for you. If there was a filing error made by incCorporate Services, we will correct it for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost. If you decide that you want a refund, all such requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and a decision will be considered by the Board of Directors.  

Your refund will be issued in the same form that it was received. For example, if the payment to incCorporate Services was made by credit card then the refund will be issued to the same credit card used to make the payment. However, if you choose, you may request to receive a credit for future incCorporate Services purchases/payments instead of a refund. Please note that all state fees, third-party fees, and all shipping cost are non-refundable.
